Refunds and Returns Policy

OVERVIEW

Unless otherwise specified with a particular product or service, the following Refunds and Returns Policy describes how we handle customer requests.

POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Time Limit

Refund requests must be submitted in writing (via email, Contact form, or letter) within the Refund or Cancellation time limits described for individual purchases. Requests made outside of that time limit will automatically be denied.

Please review Terms carefully before making a purchase.

Description

To help us locate your order, please include the name of the related Offering, Purchaser’s name and/or email address, and/or the name of the Registrant. Any other available information can help as well (including order number).

Please describe the reason for your refund request.

Gift Certificates

All Gift Certificates purchases are final and not available for refund or return.

Please review information about individual Gift Certificates carefully. Some are specified as “one time” use and do not carry a balance, some carry a balance until the balance is exhausted. All Gift Certificates have specified expiration dates.

Processing

After review, we will notify you of our decision. All decisions are at the sole discretion of The Educator Collaborative, LLC, are confidential and final. In most cases, properly documented refund requests are approved.

In some cases a refund may require the cancellation of the related, or other, registrations or purchases, we will let you know when this is the case.

Your refund will be processed in the same manner and to the same account from which it was paid (e.g. electronically to your credit card or by paper check to the address on the Purchase Order).

Upon approval, we process approved refund requests within 5-14 business days. However, refunds to your account may take longer and are dependent on your card issuer and/or organization’s policies.

Returns

If you have purchased physical goods from us, the same process as described above applies.

In addition, To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless specifically stated for an item. Any return postage fees and means must be approved by The Educator Collaborative before return shipping, without express written approval no reimbursement of return postage fees will be made.
